1. Acceptance

By accessing mastep.click or purchasing a course from Mastep Atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and maintain security of your login. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Course License

Upon purchase, we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial educational use during the access period. You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute course materials without written permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes may apply. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of the course was accessed, except where prohibited by law. See our Refund Policy in the FAQ for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to interfere with platform operation, copying protected content, or harassing staff or students.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, trademarks, and branding—including “Mastep Atelier”—are owned by us or licensed to us and protected by applicable IP laws.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process data.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Practice quality varies by individual effort and external conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mastep Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course most recently purchased by you.
